Kenji is 33 and arrived in Sydney to start a 20 week College Year Program at Embassy CES in October. He was a system engineer in Japan but made the decision to study English in Sydney and make a career change. He is not sure yet what he will do but he would like to work in an English speaking country.

He enjoys the independence he has living at the student residence, though he also enjoyed the experience of living with a homestay family when he arrived. Kenji is a very serious student who has impressed all of his teachers with his dedication and his progress in English. Studying at Embassy CES has given him more confidence in English and new friends from many countries.
