Jean Kim, Korea
I first decided to study at Embassy CES Auckland because I was told that there are very few Korean students – I prefer there to be fewer Korean students because that means I have to practice speaking English to other students. I do have Korean friends at the centre, but we all try to practice speaking English to each other. There are more European people at Embassy CES – about 90% which means that the classes are interesting and the people are interesting too.
New Zealanders are friendly people – if you ever need anything, just ask at the school and they always help.
I really enjoyed the activities outside of class too. I especially enjoyed the kayaking and abseiling, which were two of my favourites.
