I'm Charlotte from France and I'm studying English at upper intermediate level.

San Diego is a very beautiful city. The weather is nice and it's calm too - not like Los Angeles or New York. The lessons are really good and the teachers are helpful. I've made a lot of friends, everybody came alone so it's easy to talk.

I work in the residence. I'm here to help the students if they have problems or if they need something. When they arrive from their home country I explain everything to them. First I show them the residence then I explain where they can buy food, where the school is. And if they ask questions, I try to answer.

San Diego is a good place, the people here are very nice. When I don't understand what they say - in the street or in the shop - they try to help.
