Koji Chida, Japan
I'm from Japan and I'm 22 years old. I have already graduated from university in Japan and as soon as I graduated I came here to study English because, it's obvious - English is the Lingua Franca.
I want to get a job which can provide me with the opportunities to speak or use English a lot.
I've been here nearly ten months - this week is my last week. I don't want to go back to Japan and I love living here. In Oxford the culture is completely different to Japanese culture: I love English culture. And also, my hobby is playing football, and watching football, and in England there are lots of places to see good matches.
I love my lessons, because the teacher is always very helpful and kind to me.
I have made progress because when I came here, I belonged to the Pre-Intermediate class - very, very low - and now I'm in the Pre-Advanced class.
