Five fun things to do near the school

  • Follow the Freedom Trail.Take the two-and-a-half mile path around 16 historic Boston sites: museums, parks, buildings and even a ship.
  • Enjoy a museum. There are plenty to choose from: The Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Science, even a Museum of Bad Art.
  • Take the Harbour Walk for great cycling, swimming, ship-watching and sight-seeing opportunities.
  • Go on the Boston Chocolate tour and sample a selection of desserts in some of Boston's best restaurants.
  • Browse through the shops or stop for something to eat at the attractive Faneuil Hall market place.

Boston Events

March 17th St Patrick's Day: A huge parade celebrating the Irish heritage of many of Boston's citizens.
April Boston Marathon: the world's oldest annual marathon.
July 4th Independence Day: Fireworks and concert, with the accompanying week-long celebration 'Harborfest'.
December 31st New Year's Eve: Music, dance and theatre, ice-sculptures, a parade and fireworks: Boston goes all-out.

Embassy Boston Downtown（ボストンダウンタウン）への行き方

スクールは、便の良いボストンのダウンタウンに位置していますので、ボストン空港や2つの鉄道/長距離バスの駅からスクールまでのアクセスはとても容易です。

North Station より地下鉄を利用

 North Station よりグリーンライン（どれでも可）の「上り」電車に乗り、Park Street 駅下車。

駅を出てTremont Street を'Finagle a Bagel'（ベーグルの店）側に渡ります。右に曲がりTremont Street に沿ってTheater Districtへ向かって進みます。

左手に現れる通りWinter Street とTemple Place を通りすぎ、次に左手に現れるのがスクールのあるWest Streetです。33-41番地がスクールです。

South Station より地下鉄を利用

South Station よりレッドライン（どれでも可）の「上り」電車に乗り、次のDowntown Crossing 駅下車。

駅を出ると、Washington Street の交差点となっています。右手にWinter Street 左手にSummer Street が伸びています。Washington Streetに沿って直進します。

右手に現れる通りTemple Place を通りすぎ、次に右手に現れるのがスクールのあるWest Streetです。33-41番地がスクールです。

Boston Logan 空港より

Silver Line (高速バス) でSouth Stationへ。　駅からは上記の案内通り。

Silver Line は、朝5：30頃より深夜12：45am頃まで、 10分から15分おきに運行しています。　所要時間は約20分、料金はたったの$2.00です。
