Ruby Lee, Korea
I first decided to study in New Zealand because it was a beautiful, clean and quiet place, but after I arrived I found New Zealand to be much more – fun, exciting and a great place to meet new friends from around the world.
The great thing about Embassy CES Auckland for a Korean student is that all the Korean students get together at lunch and share food, talk and have fun. During the day we mix with a range of students from many different countries, including Germany, Russia, France, Spain, Brazil, Columbia and Chile .
The main reason why I stay with Embassy CES Auckland is that my English has progressed well. My teachers are a great support to me and I enjoy my lessons.
Homestay is the best option when you first arrive in New Zealand – you will meet with your Homestay family and they will assist you to adjust into living in Auckland . I lived in Homestay and it was great – sometimes the food was a little strange to me, but I helped teach them how to make Korean food, which was really good.
