Frequently asked questions
16. Is there a minimum age? Is there a maximum one?
Our year-round schools accept students who are 16 years old and above, but will occasionally accept younger students in special circumstances - contact us if this applies to you.
However, our Summer Schools and Vacation courses are designed for students from as young as eight. Visit that page to see which age-bracket each school caters for.
There is no maximum age for studying with Embassy CES! Our students are mostly in their twenties, but if you enjoy the company of young folk, you'll fit right in. We have welcomed many students in their fifties, sixties, and even above. Naturally, some of our courses attract an older demographic: Certificate 8 and Pre-Masters English, just as you would expect, will have a higher average student age.
